What Would You Do?

Spring is in the air, finally!  What does that do to a girl?  Makes her want to redecorate!  I have always had my eye out for some good quality, bargain priced bamboo furniture.  I found some that need a little lovin'.
Here is what I would do...

Question is:  What would you do?

Bent on Style: Bettina Prentice's Living Room

Style is dripping from every corner of Bettina Prentice's living room.  The impressive link of Madeline Weinrib textiles alone are smashing.  And, velvet, velvet and more velvet--yummy as ever.  Drink it in.  I am.  Over and over.  Brilliant.  See the rest of her New York apartment here.

Have a great Tuesday!

Personalization Done Right: Mark and Graham

Is it just me or does everyone out there love receiving a personalized gift?  It is exactly what it is, thoughtful and special.  Mark & Graham, a part of the Williams-Sonoma family, delivers such beautiful, high quality products for crazy reasonable prices. There are several techniques used for monogramming:  engraving, foiling, flocking, printing, sand blasting (need that for my wrinkles), laser (oh, that too) and so on.

In Vogue: A Beautifully Styled Feminine Flat

From cradle to about the age of 12, my room was pink with shag emerald green carpet (back then, hues of pink were not as subtle and sophisticated as they are now).  Once I hit my tomboy phase pink was no longer, and for a very long time, like...until now.  I have slowly been falling back in love with pink.  This New York dwelling is just one example of why I am feeling the pull back to pink.  The adornment of pink throughout the space is a complement to the black, white and gray color scheme.  The striking black and white limited edition artwork of Twiggy is such a fun centerpiece.
